Our History
The “El Esparragal” Farm is located on Valles de Ortega, at the Antigua municipality in Fuertventura (Canary Islands).
We are situated on the side of a mountain range, which provides shelter to our Organic Olive Grove. Only at two kilometers we can see the Gayria’s Volcano caldera.
The lands where our grove is harvested has a volcanic origin soil, and the weather conditions provided by the location such as the elevation, the low temperatures and the many sunshine hours that illuminate our grove make our final product a pemium quality article.
